Zim's Advanced Crack Creme with Hydrocortisone combines Arnica & Organic Aloe with Hydrocortisone to temporarily relieve itching and rashes associated with minor skin irritations such as:

Smell: There is a slight smell. I cant put my finger on what the smell is like, but its not too bad or overpowering.
Texture: Very smooth and silky like.
Overall: It stopped the bug bit itch's my daughter had after playing outside. It also worked on my sons scaly patch from his psoriasis. I liked it and will probably get it again in the future.
Note: It does say "Not to apply directly to the rectum."
I would have hated to be the reason why that was added to the label!
