I too have let myself go to keep up with the kids and have not taken care of myself physically or mentally as I should. But after reading this book, I have decided I will do just that! If we dont take care of ourselves, who will???

Me time is hard being a single mom of a very active 4 year old. But I do manage to give myself an hour every night to just relax and catch up on some tv once he goes to bed....and yes I do tend to crash with him instead of watching tv.ReplyDelete
I love to go up to my bedroom after dinner & take a hot bath & read!ReplyDelete
