LUNG ASSOCIATION NAMES TOP MOST POLLUTED CITIES
Schoenwetter, LLC Explores Effects of Air Pollution & Antioxidants

San Pedro, CA – (JUNE 10, 2016) – The American Lung Association’s 2016 State of the Air Report found that 166 million Americans are at risk from unhealthy air. It’s a major source of oxidative stress and Schoenwetter, LLC is helping individuals combat those effects with the company’s RxQ Antioxidant Complex.
“Our product was designed to help combat oxidative stress caused from environmental pollution and stressful lifestyles in mind,” said Hannah Kim, Executive Vice President of Schoenwetter, LLC.
The American Lung Association’s annual report ranks major metropolitan areas throughout the U.S. on its air quality. The report found that 52 percent of Americans are living with the year-round effects of increased exposure to ozone and particle pollution. Some locales are also experiencing cyclical spikes in pollution levels resulting from weather patterns and events that include wildfires.
Free radicals are pollutants that enter the body by a variety of avenues and humans manufacture natural antioxidants that neutralize free radicals. If the number of free radicals overwhelms the body’s ability to successfully combat them, oxidative stress can occur resulting in cellular damage and the signs of aging begin to appear. *
No city is safe from some form of air pollution and the Top 5 cities with the highest levels of year-round pollutants are:
  1. Bakersfield, CA
  2. Visalia-Porterville-Hanford, CA
  3. Fresno-Madera, CA
  4. Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA
  5. El Centro, CA
The Top 5 cities with the most short-term particle pollution are:
  1. Bakersfield, CA
  2. Fresno-Madera, CA
  3. Visalia-Porterville-Hanford, CA
  4. Fairbanks, AK
  5. Salt Lake City-Provo-Orem, UT
Schoenwetter, LLC’s Antioxidant Supplement is a unique formulation that combines mutually complementary ingredients that supports antioxidant properties that may help alleviate the signs of aging due to free radicals. Through extensive DNA research, the firm’s patent-pending formula provides essential amino acids and raw ingredients the body can use toward the production of glutathione, the body’s natural antioxidant.*
It’s especially significant for those over the age of 40 when a natural decline in amino acid production occurs. The supplement is equally applicable for younger individuals who are stressed, don’t get enough sleep and have ongoing health issues. All those conditions contribute to the signs of aging and the body’s inability to effectively fight free radicals from air pollution.*
Some locations experience higher levels of air pollution than others, but even relatively untouched rural areas aren’t completely free of free radicals that can adversely affect the body. RxQ Antioxidant Supplement provides an additional tool that may be effective in counteracting the effects of air pollution on the body.*
