 If your a busy mom like me, you hardly have time to get the kids into the doctor let alone yourself! On Amwell, you can make the time for those non emergency consultations because you are doing it from your own home. Personally I like that! It takes alot for me to get out of the house. I must have showered and makeup and look decent. This way, its ok if I have a slight smell because the doctor doesn't know that! I can also make the appointment when I can give it the time it deserves!

With the Holidays and family and the added financial issues on top of my anxiety and regular stress, I need a doctor to talk things over with and to help me get back to a peaceful mind set. 
As you see in the above picture, you can choose which doctor you want to see. You will see if they are offline, with someone already (waiting room) or available to see you (start visit).

 As you can see from the above picture, you can fill out the same information forms that you would at a physical doctors office. You can decline to do this. It isn't mandatory. You can even choose to not allow the doctor you have chosen to see this record. 

Looking at the chart, you can see the various ranges that you are charged for services. Some of these are less than what a normal co-pay would be with our insurance. Yes, therapists are bit more but it is still cheaper than the doc I would see down the road! And its easy for me to use online!

For us moms who hardly have time for anything for ourselves, this service is a blessing!

Please keep in mind tho, if you think its an emergency please go see your regular doctor, go to the ED or a walk in clinic. An online doctor is not a replacement for physical care from your physician.
