The French Vanilla that I was sent, so good. It was good with water but both my daughter and I chose milk. I usually added chocolate milk. My daughter used skim milk instead of water as well. She added bananas and blueberries and loved it! I have been on an altered eating plan for 2 months now and usually only loose about a pound a week. Since starting the powder I have seen an increase and over the past 2 weeks, I noticed a 2-3 pound loss! YIPPEE!! I like that it is made with only 4 ounces of water or milk because I hate having to drink a giant, lumpy protein shake! This whips up smooth and velvety.
This is not a miracle powder. You must eat right and exercise for the full effect to work. You cant just take it then sit on your tush!
