Thats it. Simple and easy peasy.
After pained, spray with Acrylic to seal.
When dried top with ribbon tied into a bow.
I made several of these and put them on graves of vets in my family. This is the one I kept for myself and have been using it as a flower vase.
Red, Blue & Yellow Paint (whatever colors you want)
Clear Fingernail Polish with Yellow Glitter
After we painted the rocks, we coated them with 2 coats of the nail polish.
After fully dry, decorate however.
We added googlie eyes after and my husband uses them as paperweights in his office.
