She told us that she mixes the facial salts with some olive oil and exfoliates that way with the combination of olive oil and facial salts. My daughter and I both used this as we both have facial skill issues aka prone to zits! Its much finer than the sugar scrub I make at home. My daughter and I have been using this for several weeks and I know I like it! She on the other hand, is harder to impress but her skin is looking better. I would say this product is good for teenager to maybe 40. Something else would be better and a bit gentler on the skin for older skin tho. Overall happy!
