I was sent cafeviva to review. I was not compensated in any other way.
My opinions, as always, are my own.
I love coffee. I also eat a lot of food, like yogurt, that has probiotics in it.
I tried this several different ways.
I made it hot and added a few drops of honey. Lets just say, it didn't hit the spot!
I added it to my strawberry yogurt and my plain yogurt. That gave it a hint of coffee flavor and I think it may be my newest favorite yogurt mix up!
I even added it to my Chocolate Protein Shake with an additional tsp of peanut butter. That was like having a thinned chocolate coolatta. It really was delish!
The best part tho is they are allowing me to host a giveaway to give 2 of my readers a 7-Day Challenge package! Good luck!

I learned that In 1908 Ilya Metchnikoff won the Nobel Prize for his research into modifying gut flora by replacing harmful microbes with beneficial ones. He was working with the same bacteria in Café Viva sourced from the same rural region of Bulgaria. Over a century later, thanks to our proprietary technology, Laktera® survives the harsh trip through the acidic stomach and bile salts so they flourish in lower digestive tract. Daflorn has numerous published studies on the transit, viability, efficacy and benefits of our probiotic bacteria blend.
