Shazzy 7 Day Challenge

Im doing the Shazzy 7 Day challenge! It begins on 3/5 and goes for 7 days!


You can also take part in a fun, faith-based and easy to follow dance experience with regular people from all over the country - each who is ready to take a first step toward fitness or add a new twist to their current fitness regimen.

Everyone agrees to dance between 10 and 20 minutes each day for 7 days and share their fun with others! Just use #ShazzyFit hashtag when you share!

You will need both Shazzy Fitness DVDs to participate.
