Copy Kids video review and giveaway

Monkey See....Monkey Do.....
My Copy Kids video review

I was sent a copy of the video COPY KIDS eat fruits and vegetables to review. I was not compensated in any other way and the opinions expressed are, as always my own.

When your kids say to you, "But so and so does it" your usual response is "Well your not so and so!"

With this video, you will be thrilled your little person is copying and wanting to do what they are seeing!

recently sent a copy of Copy-Kids Eat Fruits and Vegetables. It’s an award-winning DVD, approved by the USDA, targeted toward those 5 years of age and under, though my 6 year old liked it, too. The idea really is quite simple. It’s 115 minutes broken into 12 different chapters of young kids happily eating their fruits and vegetables: bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, tomatoes, broccoli, oranges, bananas, raspberries, strawberries, apples and blueberries. They make them look so good, your child will want to join in and try some of their own. - See more at: http://kidthings.net/2012/06/copy-kids-eat-fruits-vegetables-giveaway/#sthash.F7nXfppq.dpuf

I was sent a copy of Copy Kids eat fruits and vegetables. The whole concept is very simple. Kids copy what they see. And watching other kids eat fruits and veggies will probably make them want to as well.
I say probably because they are some kids that wont want to eat them even after watching.
Some kids are too picky!!! This video is geared for kids aged 5 and younger.

This video is 115 minutes long and broken down into 12 chapters of 6-8 minutes. Each chapter focuses on a specific food. You make sure the food that they are watching is on a plate or in a dish in front of your child so they can eat while they watch.

Chapters are:
bell peppers
carrots
raspberries
broccoli
bananas
strawberries
tomatoes
cucumber
oranges
avocado
apples
blueberries

There is also a DVD Extra with DR Jay Gordon on ideal nutrition for kids. AND there are video outtakes! Who doesn't like to see those!!

My boys, 5 yo twins, watched this video and after a few min, they kept running into the kitchen looking for more fruits. They are 5 but their mental age is about 4 so I was impressed. I will be telling all my parenting friends about this video.

  1. My kids are pretty good at eating their veggies and fruits but when it comes to cauliflower, I might as well not buy it.
